XSIX is a product preview for business questions and bounded workflows. Use sample or appropriately approved information while evaluating it.

What is processed

Your prompts, selected source passages and workflow inputs are processed by ALLTIPLY and its contracted AI and cloud service providers to generate results. Processing is not confined entirely to ALLTIPLY infrastructure. Do not submit passwords, access tokens or information you are not authorized to share.

Your private workspace

Saved work and source files are scoped to your account. Source objects are private; authorized downloads use temporary access. You can delete sources and projects in your workspace. Deleting a source removes that source file and its indexed text. Earlier results may still contain quoted passages; delete the associated project to remove its saved results as well.

Contact information

Registration uses your name, email and optional company context to provide account access. A project-review request shares only the fields and brief you explicitly select and preview. Your raw conversations and documents are not automatically sent to a sales system or marketing analytics.

Optional company customization

After email verification, XSIX can research the public website associated with your business email. You can opt out, enter a different company or supply company details yourself. Company research sends the public website address to our web-research service and public page content to our AI processing service. It does not send your email address, name, prompts or uploaded files for that research.

Review the company match and its sources before choosing any workspace changes. Research and confirmation do not enable company background automatically. You can choose which changes to apply, turn company background off for an individual task, or disable and remove the workspace company profile. Earlier results can retain the company context recorded when they ran; deleting their associated project removes its saved results.

Usage and quality

ALLTIPLY retains restricted operational records such as usage, costs, public error codes and model provenance to run and evaluate the service. Minimal financial and abuse-control records can remain after private content is deleted. Interaction analytics use bounded event properties rather than prompt or document text.

Preview limits

External email and CRM destinations shown inside sample workflows are simulations. Results require review before use. Workspace content retention, operational retention and an AI processing provider’s retention are separate controls; contact ALLTIPLY before using information that requires a particular contractual retention or residency arrangement.
